Excellent All Purpose Knife

Great for everything you need to cut

This is one of the most beautiful knives I've ever seen and it is so sharp that I can get through everything I throw at it. I love the design on the blade and the handle is very comfortable to use.

Balance and Control in a Larger Chefs Knife

Forged, Japanese carbide steel...VG10...wrapped 50 times for unique look and further stability. Micarta handle looks like wood but tougher!
