The only knife you’ll ever need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is great! It looks beautiful and is definitely high quality. Right out of the box it is shaper than a two edged sword. This thing sliced through an onion like it was butter. I would recommend this knife to anyone who likes to be in the kitchen… you will not be disappointed.

I've waited so long for this knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to economics, I've had to settle for lesser quality knives. I wish I had not waited. I did not know what I was missing and how much easier food prep would be until I bought this Kaizen knife! I'm starting to develop some arthritis and my older, cheaper knives were difficult to use. This knife makes everything so much easier and feels so well balanced in my old, fat-fingers, and weak wrist. It's beautifully designed and makes meal prep so quick and easy.
