The best in the biz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I debated getting these for a long time, but I realized, especially with the self-sharpening functionality, that I would have these for a long time to come. Definitely worth the investment! These are the best in the biz and they just feel so balanced in my hand! Makes prep work a joy, and I hate prep work.

Henckels Self Sharing Knives
