Perfect size for an oval dish!

No matter what size and color, this oval baking dish cast iron is perfect gratin dish, it's a good size for larger baking needs. Staub cast iron possesses exceptional heat-retaining qualities, so the pot heats distributes evenly throughout.
This oval dish can do more than you could think off, from roasting meat, frying, browning minced garlic, melting butter, individual served spinach cheese dip, caramelizing sugar, baking and etc.
Black matte enamel inside and cooking surface creates a culinary advantage for better browning, braising and roasting.
Requires no seasoning and works on all stove tops.

This is the perfect serving dish for casseroles, gratins, and ratatouille recipes. I love the heritage look of the handles on this baking dish. With it being cast iron, it does a great job heating and browning well, while also being versatile where it can go from oven to table to fridge. A great dish to have for serving great meals.

Bake and serve those at the dinner table with this lovely baking dish. The enameled cast iron will expertly cook and brown whatever you put in it. Clean up is easy too!

Great size for side dishes. Retains heat so it's perfect for oven to table. Big handles. Love the rustic black look, but the enamel inside and out cleans so easily.

Perfect for potatoes au gratin! This baking dish has Staub's famous black matte finish on the inside of the pan which allows for better browning, braising, and roasting. The heat capability is amazing and it will stay hot all the way through a dinner. Works on / in all kinds of cooking surfaces including gas, electric, and induction, and oven safe up to 500F. We love the crusting on the edge that develops on all the vegetable dishes we make.

I love the handles on these baking dishes, they are large enough to actually use for transporting from oven to table. Great for extra stuffing during the holidays and lots of other uses!
