This little graphite grey gratin makes for the perfect vessel to bake and/or serve individual servings of food. The cast iron will distribute and maintain heat to expertly cook, brown and sear food while making for a hot but attractive serving piece too.

Great for a side dish. But I get the most compliments when I create my famous cheese and corn dip. It bakes for 30 minutes, the cheese overflows and bakes to the side. I place it on a board with chips or crackers. Everyone wants the recipe but they always add, well we don't have the dish so it won't be the same. Retains heat, cleans up easily.

They are all amazing! I like this size for all sweet and savory dishes with crumbly or cheese toppings. Perfect for fillet of fish dishes. I like to add tomatoes, lemon and herbs with a panko topping! Great under the broiler too.

I love the Staub oval cast iron line baking dishes for their versatility and great looks! Just a personal preference for family and friend gatherings. I like how they look on the table, and how easily they go from the oven to the table. These are good for hot, cold, and room temperate dishes and are so easy to clean!

A good value for 4 ascending sized gratins. Cast iron provides a good cooking surface for these cheesy dishes , easy to clean, consistent temperature and great presentation.
