This is my idea of a perfect rice bowl. Stuab's black matte finish is phenomenal. I can prep the rice and put it into these bowls ahead of the last min cooking and the rice will stay hot and moist. Oh and I have done French onion soup in these as well but don't tell the French.

This is not just for entertaining, it is a terrific option for cooking for one and especially for reheating. For whatever reason, I find that I can reheat in this wok more efficiently than in a saucepan or a skillet. something about the heat and shape make for a great reheat on most leftovers except maybe soup. I like the way foods brown a little without drying out as they do in a skillet.
I've also used it to do a quick braise on meats, or cooking rice and grains for one. Cleans up nicely.

I bought this for my daughter's future apartment, it is adorable perfect graphite mini wok. Colorful enamel outside adds flare to your kitchen and table. It's one of the popular mini Staub cast iron being sold at our store. It is mini but impressively useful and it comes with the lid. You can cook single serve appetizers, stir frying or deep frying small portions, cheese or chocolate dip.
Safe for use on all types of heat sources, including gas, electric, and induction, and oven safe up to 500F.

This is a small wok perfect for fried rice and stir fry vegetable for 1 serving. Like the features of this Staub Baby Wok especially the size and glass see through lid.

I love serving in these cute baby woks. They are fully functioning cookware. The cast iron holds heat well. The matte enamel coating is easy to clean and maintain without seasoning. The texture gives great browning. I like to cook in my larger Staub wok and serve in these. I bring them to the table with the lid on and when it is removed the aroma escapes giving a sneak preview of the deliciousness to come.
