Nice little knife for the value. It's always good to have an extra paring knife around and this one feels stable in the hand and has a sharp edge for peeling and coring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is amazing! I received it for Christmas and after the first time using it I threw my old block knife set out—done! I’ll be purchasing additional knifes myself.

First time I purchased a 3" parer and really like a smaller blade. This parer fits very comfortable in my hand, and the blade glides through the skins of fruits and vegetables. Great for hulling strawberries too, Dishwasher safe, German steel, and very affordable.

This is a great parer with its fine edge and comfortable handle. I can easly peel an apple o hull strawberries, or remove bad spots from potatoes. It's forged from German steel which tells me it's going to stay sharp and last.

I needed a new paring knife. I purchased a Henckels because the brand has always meant quality to me. The handle is very comfortable to hold. The forged blade is very sharp and stays that way for a long time. The knife is very comfortable to use in hand. The sharp thin blade allows me to peel and trim with little waste.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A smaller blade, 3", with a chunky handle. Fits well in the hand. Sharp, comfortable. Great for peeling apples or slicing strawberries.
