This knife is perfect for paring and other small jobs. Its made from German stainless steel so durable for the long run. Handle is extremely comfortable especially for those long prep sessions. The knife is also dishwasher safe.

This is a great parer with its fine edge and comfortable handle. I can easly peel an apple o hull strawberries, or remove bad spots from potatoes. It's forged from German steel which tells me it's going to stay sharp and last.

Great knife for small hand work! Peeling apples, cutting kiwi or slicing radishes, this nice 3" will do it all. A value knife, yet works well when not working with large fruits or veggies. Still made from German stainless steel.

Synergy is a really great value priced series of forged knives. They are made from high quality stainless steel so they won't corrode and the handle with the stainless steel back makes it feel strong when cutting. The handle on this paring knife is a perfect fit in your palm for peeling.

This Forged Synergy 3 inch pairing knife is great for small jobs in the ktichen- slicing, dicing, etc. This handle is very comfortable and although it is a value line knife, the blade is still very sharp.

This 3-inch paring knife fits snugly and functions like an extension of my hand. The sharp blades cores strawberries with one turn, and peels an apple without my hand cramping - my two best measures for whether a paring knife is up to snuff. Its really quite good; and at a good price too.
The Forged Synergy line is an elegant line of forged knives. The graceful sculpted handles fit nicely in the palm of the hand; and an integrated bolster that makes these medium weight knives comfortable to grip. The double-riveted handles securely encase the full tang blade. These knives are forged from high quality German stainless steel and manufactured to the highest global standards. That means these knives are sharp and can resharpened again and again giving you years of enjoyment. High quality at a great price. Really good value.
Although they are dishwasher safe, I recommend hand washing them. They will retain the ‘just purchased’ look.

The paring knife is one of the most used knives in my kitchen and is always close at hand. This paring knife fits firmly in my hand and is sharp enough to take care of all my paring tasks. I keep it on my magnetic knife bar so it is easily found when needed. Great value for a good paring knife.
