Absolutely amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been a chef for some time now and always had at least 1 Miyabi on my board at all times. This 5.5 inch prep knife is by far the best prep knife I’ve used throughout my career. Comfortable skinny handle but good weight sharp blade. 10/10

A very sharp knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the sharpest knife I've used its well balanced in your hand and the demaskus is beautiful I like the size of the handle not to small like most say over all a great knife worth the cost.

Pricey but worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Miyabi Santoku knife feels like quality when you hold it. The wooden handle make it comfortable to hold when cutting. Also, steel retains edge for quite a while before it need to get sharpened again.
