great addition to my collection

I love collecting all the Staub specialty shaped cocottes. They are fun and make great display pieces as well as being functional cookware. I like to have both the larger cast iron versions and the mini ceramics. This artichoke was a must have for my kitchen decor. It is oven safe and I do use it on occasion for holding what else,....Spinach Artichoke dip. So fun to use so fun to look at.

Perfect size, great color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made a scallop dish with puff pastry and this cocotte survived a 425F oven, then a few minutes under the broiler. I’m very pleased.
