loved but I can't remove rust on rim

I loved this kettle and only use it for heating water for tea. Unfortunately the inner rim has developed a rust I cannot remove. It's such a shame as it was very expensive and an investment piece.. .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome French tea kettle

This is the perfect tea kettle for making hot tea, or cider, or any festive beverage during the cold months. The enameled cast iron heats up really well and quickly so you can get to enjoying your beverage sooner than waiting around for it to heat up like other kettles. Love the French look of the kettle too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tea kettle is the perfect size to make my tea every morning. I add several ingredients to my tea so I was looking for a tea kettle with a wider top to allow me to add milk and honey to my tea as it’s cooking. Great product and looks great too!

I love the quality of this and that it made of a non-leaching non-toxic material! We use it for water mostly, though it can be used for soups. Wish there was a "steam whitsle" that could attach to let you know when the water is boiling.
