I received my Staub fondue pot. Yes, it is petite; but it is the perfect size for chocolate fondue. I also made a larger batch of cheese fondue and poured it into the mini cocotte. The tea candle kept the fondue at a perfect serving temperature.

So much fun using this fondue pot. The cast iron can be heated either on the cooktop or in the oven up to 500 degrees F, and a simple candle is all that is needed to keep things going. Love using for dessert fondues as well as savory ones. Also useful for serving hot dips, and clarified butter when serving with lobster. Made in France too!

This is so much fun!! the cast iron keeps the chocolate nice and hot. The enamel coating is easy to clean when we are all done. The holder has the perfect spot for a tea light to keep the chocolate just the right temperature. I like that the handles of the forks are color coded so people can keep track of which one is theirs.

Great for your next party

Fondue is back in a big way and I love using this when I have people over. It's great as a communal way to share. I usually heat the chocolate on the stove and the cast iron holds the heat from the stove as well as being heated by the tea candle under it.

The guts of the set is the .25 mini-cocotte...which you can use for sauces and more. Keeps chocolate warm enough to gobble down!!!

One of our family favorite desserts is chocolate fondue! It will certainly be a childhood memory for my kids and I'm sure they'll all someday be fighting over who gets my fondue set! Apples, bananas, strawberries, mini marshmallows, brownie bites and salted nut rolls are my go-to dippers! This pot keeps the chocolate warm and melty to the the very last drop.

Just pull out veggies and bread with some emmentaler cheese and you have a meal! Or get the strawberries and chocolate for a divine dessert! Either way, this moni fondue set will make great light meals or dessert for 2. Easy to clean and heats fast and evenly!
