A BBQ MUST HAVE!

I know everyone is telling you to get a large cast iron skillet for the grill....DON'T....get this instead.
It's the perfect shape to actually utilize your grill space. And it fits large pieces of meat, like steaks or roasts SOOO much better than a skillet!
Easy to clean, no maintenance, no rust and perfect results.

When I see this matte black dish, I think of digging into a huge serving of baked mac and cheese. Granted, this oval gratin is much more versatile than just for that but the cast iron sure does make a perfect mac! The nonstick enameled surface achieves that ideal brown and crisp on the outside while keeping things creamy and indulgent on the inside. Plus, it cleans up easy no matter what you bake in it and can be used as a serving dish too when you bring it right from the oven to the dinner table!

No matter what size, depending on the cooking needs however this oval baking dish cast iron is perfect gratin dish, possesses exceptional heat-retaining qualities, so the pot heats evenly throughout. From frying an eggs, browning minced garlic, melting butter, individual served spinach cheese dip, caramelizing sugar, baking and I would use this for sizzling plate too!
Black matte enamel inside and cooking surface creates a culinary advantage for better browning, braising and roasting. Requires no seasoning and works on all stove tops.

This Staub Oval Baking Dish works perfectly from stove top to oven to table. Great for casseroles and one-dish meals. Cleans easily and never scratches.

I love the Staub oval cast iron line baking dishes for their versatility and great looks! Just a personal preference for family and friend gatherings. I like how they look on the table, and how easily they go from the oven to the table. These are good for hot, cold, and room temperate dishes and are so easy to clean!

This roaster is so versatile. Its black matte finish on the inside of the pan allows for better browning, braising, and roasting. The heat capability is amazing, and it will stay hot for hours. Safe for use on all types of heat sources, including gas, electric, and induction, and oven safe up to 500F. Chip resistant and dishwasher safe.

Im very happy with this cast iron roaster. The enamel coating means no seasoning and an easy cleanup. The matte interior lets fats and oils underneath allowing for superior browning and searing with an easy release. The natural properties of cast iron mean even heating and great heat retention. Its great for vegetables, amazing potatoes or a nice roast. I like to bring it right to the table to serve out of. The oval shape adds a softness over the traditional rectangle roaster design.
