An excellent all around knife

This 6 inch knife is a great all around knife for the kitchen. Easier to use for the smaller tasks, with a smaller blade size than a chef's knife, this knife is easy to use and feels great in the hand. Good quality and good weight.

Thin and sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over 51 years of marriage, I have always been drawn to purchasing better and better kitchen knives. Twin Signature has now replaced Single Signature. I did not understand what a “sandwich” knife was until I started slicing chicken breast for a sandwich! So thin and sharp! Now it is my favorite.
