[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Zwilling knives for over 20 years now and this knife lives up to the best of the Zwilling quality I have known and loved for so many years. The blade is unbelievably
sharp and the handle is ergonomically designed to reduce fatigue when cutting and chopping. This is my new go to knife when chopping and preparing meats and veggies for cooking. I highly recommend this knife as an everyday go to prepping knife for both meats and veggies!
