This Stainless Steel Garlic Press is easy to use and cleans easily. I have put it in the dishwasher several times and still looks like new. Good quality & fair price for one of this quality.

This garlic press is easy to use, has a clean, sleek look to it, cleans up easily and is in brushed stainless steel, my favorite in Zwilling tools!

There's a difference between pressing garlic and crushing garlic and this tool helps to create a perfect pressed garlic result. Crushed garlic released mild flavor over a long period of time while pressing or mincing will provide a more intense and immediate flavor. A good garlic press is sharp enough to ensure the flesh presses through the holes rather than being crushed inside. This is dishwasher safe and does a great job.

There are some that feel using a garlic press bruises the garlic, I am not one of those people. I love the convience and the fact that it gets pressed through the holes has nothing to do with the flavor! Flavor is what I am concerned with, as most cooks are, and this is one of the best presses I have used, and cleans up easily.

For infrequent use this is fine, but if you love fresh garlic, like most then also look ath the Zwilling Garlic press, esier tio clean and better leverage.
