The Zwilling Energy plus line of cookware is a triple play!
Aluminum center core with stainless steel clad and a long loasting, duarble ceramic nonstick coating!
I use this pan for making burgers, chicken and stir frys. Great size for quesadillas and egg frittatas. The sloped sides make it easy to stir and flip food.
Stay cool handles on the stove top are a bonus!
Great conductivity which is means your foods will cook faster, more evenly and use less energy. Great choice for induction stove tops.
Easy to use and clean thanks to the durable non stick ceramic surface.
High performance, great looking, and comfortable to handle.

Amazing Quality

Such incredible quality cookware, you'd expect to pay much more. It has a three layer design with an aluminum core, one of the best heat conductors. They brown beautifully and cook even, no hot spots. The handle has a V-shaped design that helps disperse heat. The non-stick coating is the next generation of ceramic coatings. It is the greenest, healthiest non-stick option available. This new version boasts higher heat tolerance as well as being extremely durable and metal utensil safe.
I love an 8" fry pan! It is the single egg or omelette pan; eggs slide out with such ease and clean up is a breeze!

Great omelette pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had 4 of these pans. Each one lasts about 3-4 years before it loses its non-stick properties. I never exceed medium heat and usually make 5 omelettes back to back a couple times each week. This pan rarely gets used for anything else. I have not found a better pan for making omelets and would highly recommend.
