An absolute necessity in any kitchen, and what better utility knife to buy than to compliment your growing collection, and get a Kramer? This little beast of a knife gets the job done, the non-serrated edge (common to utility knives) is what drew me to it; great for smaller projects, and can still slice through a tomato with ease, without squashing it.

This is the ultimate Utility blade. This blade is skinny and not as long as the slicer, perfect for smaller slices of meat, fish, produce, and veggies. With the Kramer Damascus Utility knife, you get an optimal blade that has 100 layers of SG2 steel that slices anything like butter. The beautiful design of the Chevron pattern and Micarta handle makes this a statement piece for any chef.

You will think this knife has magic powers. The design and shape are high end throughout. Super sharp, durable and beautiful. You will be drawn to this knife. It will slice through meats, vegetables and fruits with ease the handle is comfortable and classic in style. Beautiful knife.

A stainless steel Damascus knife features a blade to perfection and hardness, combine with SG2 (MC63) micro-carbide powder steel.
Bob Kramer's design has an extremely wide blade to maximize knuckle clearance for larger hands and for cutting through from small to large produce.
This 5" Utility knife, is my kind of prep knife, it is a comfortable size from small task. It's perfect either from peeling, cutting, dicing, slicing, mincing and chopping. This Kramer utility knife blades deliver scalpel-like sharpness, stay sharper longer and can withstand more sharpening over their lifespan and is protected by an exceptionally beautiful 101-layer Chevron Damascus pattern. This utility knife is versatile for daily task, it's something I will be looking forward.

Kramer handle contours provide a comfortable grip for ease in maneuvering this utility knife. Acute edge angle and good size blade for all your small to medium size cutting tasks.

The longer beefier handle on this utility knife really stands out and makes the knife feel very safe and secure in the hand for such a short blade. Each of these knives is unique and a pleasure to cut with. The weight and balance is well calibrated for comfort and ease.
