I’ve bought a few bread knives in the past but this knife tops them by a mile. The weight and quality is wonderful. The blade is very sharp and sliced the softest breads. I love zwilling cutlery!

Super Sharp for my Sourdough

I was looking for a bread knife that was super sharp to get through my homemade sourdough loaves that could get through the crust without crushing the light and airy inside. I've been using this almost daily for the past 3 year and I feel like it is cutting almost as good as the first day I got it. I love the handle because it feels like it was made for my hand with all the curves in the right places.

For a nice, lightweight bread knife, this is a great option. The Twin Signature handle is extra comfortable and the serrated blade makes cutting through bread, melons, etc. so easy.

Awesome bread knife

This is a really nice stamped bread knife. The steel is really durable for a stamped knife since the high carbon stainless steel was ice hardened, helping give the knife a longer and sharper edge than most stamped blades. The serrations on this blade work really well, reducing tearing and slicing bread and fruits cleanly. The handle really contours nicely in my hand as well.

Finally a Lighter Weight Bread Knife

This knife works well for any one with wrist or hand problems (or anyone). Its a lighter weight but still can get through any kind of bread. I use it to carve melons. The blade is made from one piece of steel and handle is super comfortable.
