Plastic Containers are a Nice Alternative/Addition

As someone who is single, I love the Zwilling Fresh & Save system as it helps to reduce food waste and prevents multiple trips to the grocery store during the week since I can store food, particularly fresh produce, for longer periods of time. I have several of the glass containers but the plastic containers work best for some produce items since the glass sometimes "sweats" on the inside.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Serious design or manufacturing flaws; inadequate customer support from a company that is otherwise exemplary. Perhaps they are stretched too thin by the Covid crisis, perhaps their sourcing of product in China or their supply chain has been disrupted, but I purchased the pump and a variety of plastic containers a month ago and the container lids keep breaking under the pressure of the vacuum created by the pump. The pump stops normally on the bags, which work wonderfully well, better than FoodSaver, FreshSaver or Waring; the design and engineering of these products seem to be superior to their competitors. And the plastic containers are great in principle (though it would be better if they stacked more comfortably for storage) but either the lids are too weak for the pump or the ones shipped as original equipment and then as warranty replacements came from a defective lot, or the pump itself is somehow off (they were supposed to ship a replacement pump to test this but it's been a month of backorder and no pump yet). In any event the containers are a good idea ill-implemented for now. They lids are also a bear to clean and dry. And the app that is supposed to allow you to scan the lids (a useful idea because the containers are opaque and the glass alternatives are very heavy and of course are made of glass, pyrex) is cumbersome to use and buggy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is easy to use. Simply pull the grey plastic to release air to open lid. Can’t wait to see the difference on the storage time on meat.

This medium, plastic storage container is a great size to add to a Fresh and Save purchase. The plastic is thick and durable and allows this container to be fridge and freezer safe. With the use of the Fresh and Save vacuum pump, this medium plastic container will keep food fresh up to five times longer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my favorite size of all the rectangular storage boxes. It can go in the freezer, oven (without top), microwave and dishwasher. I love to prep meals and store in the freezer. The meals always taste as fresh as the day I made them.

A great container to use with the Zwilling Fresh and Save Vacuum Pump. This is a great size for medium portion sizes and meals. With the lids attaching to the vacuum pump, you get an airtight container that won’t leak and keeps your food fresh much longer. A great container set to have for all your food saving needs!

Overall first impression is very good! I love the look and feel of each product. Very well made, and esthetically attractive to the eye.
We trust this company as we have many items -knives etc and know they are a very good brand so the decision to buy this kit had no doubts.
I am happy to have such great products to keep my food fresh.
