It’s getting 4 stars because of manufacturing defect on the roof panel. It appears that the rear came of the roof was installed backwards, preventing the power cord from entering the service area as designed. The power cord coming out the front side of the roof rather than the back of the sauna is also questionable in design, as it wouldn’t reach an outlet directly behind the unit

My husband and I had been wanting to purchase a sauna for a while and this year for our 21st wedding anniversary that’s exactly what we did… LOVE IT…. It was fairly simple to assemble and I’m loving the healthy benefits!!!!

Best Sauna! My husband and I use it at least three times weekly! Our kids will sit in the sauna for 5 minutes once in a while. We highly recommend it!
