Great little sauna

This sauna has allowed me to get a fantastic sauna experience at home whenever I want to do so.
The sauna warms you from all sides (except directly from the front) including the bottom of your feet. It takes about twenty minutes to heat up for a good sweat. A session in this sauna lasts about 30 minutes for me where I reach a heart rate of 160 bpm.
Build quality is reasonable for the price, but it has to be handled with care.
The interior of the sauna is a nice wood experience throughout. Temperature range is good. I’ve gotten the sauna to 141 l, but that’s not as important as the radiant heaters cooking you. I usually sauna between 130 and 140.
Its footprint allows me to have it in a spare bedroom, near a shower that’s very convenient.
For the price, I really love the quality of the experience. I use the Bluetooth system all the time. It’s a fantastic way to get into sauna in your own home.

Recovery

Had a stroke about a year ago as 43yr male, close to fully recovered but looking to optimize health. Decided to buy a sauna and found this one to be reasonably priced through Scheels. Been using it one week and satisfied so far at lower temps. Can't wait to level up for full benefits. Reaffirmed my decision after listening to a review by Matt of Certified saunas.
