Only built and cleaned it today. Assembly was simple and instructions were clear. Seems like decent quality for the price, and fit and finish is what you would expect at this price as well. Nothing is done perfectly, but everything is done pretty well. My only complaint is the power cord starts on top of the sauna and hands down to about a foot or two off the ground; so unless you are planning on putting this right in front of the outlet you are using, you will have to get an electrician or figure out a way to rearrange your whole home gym like I am.

I don't like that you can have a lifetime warranty only if you write a review within 14 days if use.
The sauna lights are hotter than expected. I'm used to a 180-200° sauna, and tho I have to be in lifepro longer, it's plenty sufficient.

Love it so much. Had a hard workout and was super stiff, sore, and tired. I went in for 40 mins at 125 degrees Fahrenheit and I came out loose and energized and slept so good. I love how the instruction manual also describes the benefits of the range of temps and the benefits of all the colors and the wavelengths of them and that it has the option to do every color for while your sitting in there for your time. It was super easy to put together, just my husband and I did it in 10 mins, the only con is that it is HEAVYYYY. You will be 4 or more people to get this thing off your pickup and anywhere
