It takes a while to warm up but maintains the temperature. It has been beneficial to help relax as well as the heat is great for relieving aching muscles.

We just set up our new sauna and are very happy with it so far. Assembly was straight forward and all the pieces fit together as they should. It took us about an hour to unpackage the entire sauna. We look forward to many fun sauna sessions. Thank you!

Setup was easy will two people. The holes in the top cutout piece don’t seem to be aligned with the equipment pieces they should be above. Easy fix.
