No instructions

I scanned the QR code to register my product in the hopes that it also would give me the instructions for assembly, which did not come in the box. Pretty disappointing.

We had a different brand infrared sauna prior to this one - night and day!

So far so good

So far so good. Husband was able to put it up in about one hour by himself. The attachments seem a bit flimsy (the cup holder, magazine holder), so he only installed one.
I also was under the impression that the sauna had a lifetime warranty. Apparently there IS a lifetime warranty, but as noted on the paper, “if anything goes wrong within 2 years, we’ll replace the entire sauna. After that, faulty parts will be replaced.” So, it does appear to still have the lifetime warranty still….it’s just not fully advertised on their website of what that entails. Maybe it is somewhere on their website, I just did not see that. STILL, that’s a great warranty nonetheless. The cord to the sauna also attaches to the top of it. Aesthetically, it’s not so pleasing since you see a thick black cord stretching from the top over. I figured it would attach from the bottom back. If I can provide an updated or another review, I’d be happy to do so.

I was impressed with the instructions and how well they were written with pictures! I did get stuck when putting the door on and needed a guy to come help me as I got one side in accidentally and needed to get it out so I could get the other side in at the same time.
