While assembling we notice the #2 wire was not connected to anything. Waiting on a call back to see how to remedy this situation.

Faulty side panels.

When assembling I noticed the side panel was not secured and the wood was stripped. Also ran into issues with the buckles securing on 2 of them. Oh well, guess that's what you get out of a cheaper sauna hopefully the infrared benefits outweigh the headache.

Fairly easy to assemble. Warms up quickly. Will be nice to have in our home especially as the weather gets cold here in Minnesota.
