I was initially skeptical because there was no serration on the knife but it was so sharp, it cut through my steak like butter! Be careful when washing them so you you don't cut yourself.
I would recommend this to a friend!

These fill the empty steak slots in our block. Happy that they are forged and match our set. Super sharp. Cuts through a sear with not problem and doesn't rip your meat like some cheap steak knives we've owned.

Whether you have Four Star knives at home or are looking to replace your old steak knives, this set is a fantastic option. The handles are ultra comfortable and the sharp blades will never fail you when it comes to cutting meat.

Great set of steak knives

The perfect little set of steak knives, with the blades not being serrated, they do a great job of slicing steaks with no tearing, and with ease. Since Four Star knives are ice hardened, these knives will stay sharp for a long time and continue to be strong durable knives.

These make a perfect addition to the Four Star block set or as an upgrade to replace the stamped steak knives included in your original set. Straight edge produces far cleaner cuts without tearing your steak. Good weight and molded handle.
