This knife is great for steaks and chops as well as all around prep work.
It is super comfortable. I have a lot of pro series knives. Once you put these knives in your hands, you won't want to use another.

All Time Favorite

These steak knives are my all time favorite. They are the top of the line German steak knives. I love the curved bolster (the middle of the knife). They will cut through ANY meat and if they hit a little bone they will be fine. Whenever we use these guests always ask what brand they are!

Amazing steak knives!

These steak knives are fantastic. They aren’t serrated, which means that they will slice through your steak really cleanly and effortlessly. A great set if you want to match any other Zwilling Pro knives you may have. Their stainless steel construction makes them very durable knives, built to last.

These steak knives are beautiful and they feel great in the hands plus they are well balanced. The up keep of the edge is a little high because we cut on glass dinner plates but when they are sharp they cut just like the kitchen knives do.

Super Sharp

Wow the first time I used these steak knives I was blown away! I have never used a fine edge steak knife before. Instead of tearing at the meat like a serrated knife does these cut through meat like butter.
Plus when they get dull all I have to do is sharpen them instead of tossing out the worn out serrated ones and starting over. This makes the initial investment well worth it over time.

You Need These!

I love these knives, if fact, I love the entire Pro line of knives. German Steel, made in Germany and with the same exacting quality and eye to detail as the entireline. I like that these do not have serration as serration on a steak knife can tear instead of cut. Perfectly cuts all you meats, and poultry. Very impressive knives!
