[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought them on Saturday and used them on Sunday to cut steaks. Mama mia, it was amazing how easy it was slicing 2" steak.

Great knife brand for pro or amateur

I love this brand of knife. My wife bought these for us for Christmas; she knows that I used them when I was a meat cutter years ago. The thin blades and very high grade of material allow blade to maintain an edge throughout the day being steeled only, and stoned only in the morning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sharp! Nice looking. Feel good in hand. Packed so well, with individual cardboard sleeves for storage, knife-tip protectors, and wrapped in a canvas bag for travel. Love them!
