Great steak knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has the weight, handle and blade to do a true porterhouse or other sizable meat in the way it should be done - slice cleanly and quickly without jagged edges or tears in the meat. Love it and love the case for keeping them pristine and ready to go. We set the case on the table when serving buffet style and it’s always fun
