I’ve been in foodservice for over
35 years. I’ve always found Zwilling knives to be the best and most consistent knives to use in my profession. I use them at home as well and recently got this steak knife set to compliment all my other knives. The weight and balance on these little knives is excellent and the blade sharpness has proven to be up to the Zwilling standard that I’ve come to appreciate. Could not be more pleased about this set!
