[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives have a very nice weight to them. They claims to have a razor sharp edge, but they resemble something closer to a butter knife. There is not an actual sharpened edge on the knife, just the serrations. Surprisingly, these knives do cut steak and other meats very effortlessly.
