Cuts very well. Love the serrated edge and the fact that they are dishwasher safe. Hoping the hold up well!

These knives are very solid and easy to handle. The blades are sharp and cut any variety of steak you choose effectively. The knives are also very easy to clean. I am a first time buyer of the Zwilling brand and can’t wait to buy a block set to replace my sub par current block. I wish I would have been introduced to this brand years ago. Definitely worth the price.
