These steak knives feel surprisingly solid and well balanced in hand, with a clean stainless-steel design that looks more premium than expected. Build quality appears good overall, especially for an everyday dining set.
The downside is sharpness, they don’t seem particularly aggressive out of the box and require more sawing than slicing on thicker steaks. Still, they’re comfortable to use, durable-looking, and should hold up well over time. A little sharpening would likely make a big difference.
