This is a great addition to my cutlery collection. Great handle shape which fits comfortably in the hand. Not too heavy but has enough heft to slice and dice even the hardest carrot.
German made, with a lifetime warranty. Use this for just about every chopping and dicing job in the kitchen. The blade is great for scooping up the finished product, and stays nice and sharp.
