Great, Heavy Cleaver

This cleaver has a nice weight behind it and is very sharp. The handle is super comfortable. Great cleaver, have absolutely no complaints.

I cook a lot of stir fry and veggies in general. This knife lightens my load! the Deep blade allows me to cut thru piles of fresh veggies without having to do small amounts at a time. The heaviness of the blade also gives me the ability to cut thru stalky veggies without too much effort. All in all a great veggie cleaver!

Best Vegetable Knife Ever!

This knife looks a little intimidating at first glace, but it is the best vegetable knife I have ever used! The wide blade makes it super easy to move food from the cutting board to pans or plates. I love how the handle is curvy and it fits into my hand like it was made just for me.

One of the best cleavers around. Blade is made our of Zwilling's Special Formula German steel and is ice hardened which means one tough knife. Its flexible but will return to its regular shape over and over again. Blade is nice and wide and will get through any vegetable you can think of. I also use this as a bench scrapper - of course turned over.

For chopping those 9 cucumbers perfectly for that 4th of July salad, this cleaver comes in quite handy. I use mine with all the larger vegetables that need to be sliced and love it! It is on my magnetic bar so that I have it close at hand. German steel, made in Germany, this knife will be working for years to come.

The great vegetable knife!

Almost every customer grabbbed this Twin Signature 7" vegetable cleaver. The handle is comfortable, it contours to every cooks hand and the grip feels nice, will inspire you to cut more, and to cook more. It is dishwasher safe however it is advisable for handwashing to retain edge and protect this knife from harsh damage causing by dishwasher machine. An important note, dishwasher detergent is very abrasive, and along with the banging around that happens during a wash cycle, it will dull your knife.

Sharp and light

So many cleavers are too heavy and rely on the weight to force the blade through whatever im cutting. This one relies on the quality of the blade. German high carbon steel is known for its resilience and edge retention and that holds true here. The blade and handle are nice and light so i can quickly chop all of my veggies and it stays sharp for a long time. Its also easy to resharpen which can be difficult for lower end heavier cleavers.
