This Cleaver is a great addition to my kitchen cutlery. Great for cutting through rib bones, melons, anything that is thick and hard. Nice to have it when I need it.

Great Veggie Prep Knife

This is a great knife to add to your collection if you cut a lot of vegetables. The knife is extremely sharp and weighted well for quick cutting. The wide blade allows you to scoop everything you cut, which makes prep work much easier to transfer to bowls or pans. It’s not a forged blade, but it is a good value for the price point.
