The vegetable knife you’ve been thinking about

Perfect weight & balance with just the right curve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the weight of this cleaver - it does so much for me as the gravity just chops away ingredients with ease. I love that it's not ridiculously large or heavy that I'm tired from using it, but also hefty enough so it has all the benefits of a cleaver.
The slightly curved edge gives me an option to roll as a cut if I need to, but I can easily just chop up/down too.
