I am happy with this product. It is nicely balanced and has a large handle to match my large hands. It is lighter than I expected, but not so light that it lacks heft. I would recommend it.

Great addition to complete my Twin Signature Set

Best Vegetable Cleaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always seen Chinese chefs using these knives for all their cooking and thought it would be amazing to try one. I have always used a regular chef knife for all my cooking, but then I tried my new vegetable cleaver and was amazed at how much fast and easier I could do my prep work. Such an amazing knife.
