Careful - they will cut your finger off!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been working in my kitchen with a 30yr old knife set that was a wedding gift. I didn't know how dull they were until my daughter gave us the 15pc set for our 30th anniversary. I am shocked at how easy it is to cut vegetables and meat. I have to be very careful when peeling a potato because my old knife could bump my finger but not the new ones. They are wonderful!

Excited to finally have good knives!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my new Henckles knives and haven't used all of them yet, but those I've used are so much better than my old Chicago Cutlery set. I love the feel and really enjoy cutting things like tomatoes with ease.
