[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is replacing our 35 year old set (which is still in good shape but going to one of the kids). The quality of Henckel knives are unsurpassed. We cook every day and use our knives multiple times a day. This set is a little nicer than our original set but the knives are a little lighter. Looking forward to another 35+ years!
