Long lasting knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is just my second set of knives to purchase in 15 years. My other Henckels set lasted nearly 15 years. Normal wear and tear, dishwasher etc is what finally took them out. The knife edge was always easy to sharpen when needed. Wouldn’t have got another set.

Zwilling & Henckels - spectacular names in knives

But, I'm very disappointed in the 'smallness' of the Knife handles, mostly the steak handles and the burrs on the steak knives. All but one of them has burrs on it, mostly at the tip. They're stamped knives and as such their quality isn't what I'm used to.
I've owned fully forged knife sets in the past and unfortunately, this set doesn't even come close to comparing.
Don't get me wrong, the scissors rock, the Chef and Carving knives are awesome and exactly as I expected - same goes for the paring and utility Knife - but the steak knives really ruin the set.
Very disappointed.

Great Beginner Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this set for our wedding and we love it so far! It cuts well and allows you to finely chop. They're easy to clean and don't stain. Definitely recommend for anyone who gets married or is looking for a high quality first set at a good price.
