[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful all around knife for cutting and chopping small vegetables and herbs. Stays sharp for a long time Handle is comfortable for medium to small hands. Knife is well balanced and doesn’t tire you out during longer cutting work.

Hard and sharp as carbon steel, but hassle free

Timeless

I went in store to experience the feel of the knives in my hand. I have quite small hands so anything too heavy feels burdensome and clunky. When I picked this one up it was the most natural feel, like an extension on my arm. It cuts, of course, perfectly. And it's simply so beautifully, I can't wait to treasure this forever.
