Excellent Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cook a lot at home and this nice Damascus prep knife is a great addition to my kitchen knife collection. I am a long time Zwilling knife user owning serveral Miyabi Artisan and Zwilling Pro knives. This prep knife uses the same MC63 steel as my Artisans which hold sharp edges really well. It feels well balance in my hand. If price is not a concern, it's a must have for your collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the nicest knives I have ever used. The edge stays extremely sharp allowing it to cut through anything like butter. Just be careful your fingers don't get in its way! Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys cooking.
