[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the Kramer for about a month now, and really impressed with the results. The handle is great, and excellent for medium sized hands like mine. Find edge and arrived quite sharp. Would use a pretty good stone to keep it that way, but don’t go too course or else you’ll scratch the patterning. Keep it sharp, I sharpen once a week. Would recommend if you can find a deal, otherwise it really is quite expensive but worth every Penny

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This prep knife is amazing. The handel is comfortable in hand and has the perfect weight. Great to use as a long blade paring knife or for fine work that requires using the tip to get into tight places.

The knife itself is beautiful but the weight, balance and feel is great. It is worth every cent. I'm looking forward to many years with this conversation piece.
