side kick to my chefs

I love the size of this knife. I use it in lieu of a pairing knife. There is enough knuckle clearance to use on the cutting board as well. The Kramer design asthetic is there as well. The double taper blade give it a great balance. I love the Kramer pin in the handle as well as the beautiful chevron damascus design on the blade. The steel is super sharp and is very easy to maintain.

It's hard to separate the beauty of the knife from the excellent performance it provides. True to the knife description, it has scalpel like sharpness that lets you slice as thinly or thickly as you need when working with fruits, vegetables and meats. A comfortable fit in your hand with the linen Micarta handle. This needs to be displayed on a magnetic bar so you can enjoy its' beauty while preparing meals.
