Perfect little three cup pot with all the features of the larger cocottes! If you are feeding one to two on a regular basis this pot is a must. They are perfect for rice and quinoa, heating up soup, making oatmeal, and creating a sauce such as hollandaise or bernaise. You can even enjoy your creation directly from this pot it will keep it warm and looks pretty at the table. The matte black coating behaves almost like non stick so this pot is a breeze to clean!

Great for Grains

This petite french oven is my new rice cooker. Ideal size for preparing two cups of grains; rice, quinoa, or even oatmeal. Self basting feature in lid provides continuous moisture for no-fail results. Goes from stove to table to keep contents warm while serving.

Perfect One Size Serving Dish

I use these for rice serving dishes. The pot has the relatively new self-basting Chistera spikes which keep the rice moist and hot. My other favorite use is for French Onion Soup.
The heat capability of the pot is amazing, the soup stays hot for an extra long time.

Good for rice and grains. Also heats up soup or queso dip for the kids. The enamel interior cleans up easily. The cast iron retains heat well.
