The best part was the chef knife, which made chopping painless and easy. Prepping for my frittata was a breeze. Plus, the self sharpening block was a cool addition. We're really happy with our purchase.

I read plenty of reviews, YouTubed them, asked someone I knew who had a set- basically everything except actually try the set out. So I more or less “blind bought”. When they first came, I immediately grabbed anything choppable out of the fridge and started going at it. I was amazed to see what ease these things went through EVERYTHING!!!! The self sharpening feature is also great!!!! I’m happy to know these knives will be with me for years and years. Danke Schön!!!!!
