Gift for a new house

My daughter was looking for a nice set of knives to learn on in their new house. I surprised the kids with this set. She loves that they stay sharp with the built in sharpening system, each spot is clearly identified, and there is room for the steak knives her husband bought. the only issues we had with this set is that the block is so deep, others have the back corner cut off but this one just needs more space than most. Good thing its a nice big kitchen! Also, the quality of the knives is awesome but I would expect nothing less of this amazing German brand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best low maintenance block set

I am so happy I found this knife set and the block that sharpens the knives every time you pull it out. I also love how there are pictures on what knives go where so that it make it so that every knife goes back in the right slot. I never knew how nice it would be to always use a sharp knife.

Essential German No-stain steel paired with a self-sharpening block is a great set. Knives have angled bolster so pinch-grip is perfectly positioned. Throw in a cutlery-friendly cutting board for good measure!

I love my new knives. The smooth bolster feels super comfortable and the self-sharpening block keeps my knives sharp as on the first day I bought them. It is so easy to use as they sharpening mechanism works as I insert and extract the knives from the block.
