The four knives are awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] “7-piece knife” set is very misleading. I can assume that the company is aware of this since the first thing you see when you open the package are pictures of the items you can buy to fill the block. Nevertheless, the knives are great; the block is great; the scissors are great; the cutting board is completely unnecessary.

The best just got better!

The Pro knife is the best German knife! It is so comfortable with the new designed curved bolster that assures me I'm holding my knife correctly. This design also means the you get full use of the blade, heel to tip. Your basic knives are included from the parer and prep for all those smaller tasks, to the 8" chef, which is your workhorse. And of course, the most important knife in our house because we make a lot of fresh bread, is the bread knife.
The new sharpening block is labeled so you know where each knife belongs. It is super simple to always have a sharp knife; simply pull it out and replace it and your knife is sharp. Never experience a dull knife again!!

Excellent set of everyday knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know it has the word 'Pro' in it but honestly, this is suitable for everybody, regardless of whether you are a pro or not. I also think this set is worth the value, given buying individually costs a lot, plus the quality of everything in here is top notch. I especially like the Self Sharpening block, since I don't need to worry about sharpness of the knife, everything I take it out. I was skeptical of the cutting board before the purchase thinking it won't be good, but to my surprise, the cutting board is also really good quality. I have been using it only for a couple of days, so I have nothing negative to say about it. Overall, it's worth the money, and if you are on the fence about it, don't and just get it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful set of knives! They are an amazing upgrade from my Chicago Cutlery set. I love that the block is self-sharpening! I no longer have to worry about dull kitchen knives! The shears, bread knife, and steak knives slots, are not self-sharpening. If you want to sharpen the steak knives, you use the paring knife slot. The steak knives and the santoku knife are not included with the set. That was a little disappointing, but not a deal-breaker. My husband bought the set for me as a Christmas gift and didn't notice that they were not included. We couldn't find matching steak knives at the time, so we found something close to looking like they belong with the set. The set also included a cutting board that I forgot to include a picture of. It's the perfect size, not too big or too small! Overall I am very pleased with this set of knives! I'm hoping they will last for many years.

I have been wanting to purchase these knives for a while, but I had to do my research before purchasing. All the reviews and feedback for this set have been so positive; I had to get the knives set for my home.

Purchased this stunning, self-sharpening knife block set; that also came with a free cutting board as a wedding gift. I haven’t so many ‘thanks you’s’ in my life; they, “Absolutely love, love, love this set... the knives are incredible and we use it everyday,” that’s in their words.

One of Zwilling's best knife lines gets better with this self-sharpening block. Easily maintain the edge and angles of your favorite Pro knives with each use. Keep each knife safe and sharp in its custom slot and they will be ready to go every time!
