The Best Knife Set I Ever Owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After decades of using cheaper knives for cooking that eventually would dull and break, I decided to splurge and buy a better-quality set of knives. After researching various brands, I kept coming back to Henckels. These knives are very sharp and expected to remain sharp with the built in sharpener. After 4 months of using multiple times a day, the 3-inch paring knife has remained as sharp as the first day. Slicing a tomato, even an overripe tomato has never been so easy. And use with caution as these knives are very sharp.

Pleasantly surprised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical about the quality of the set but was very surprised at how much I liked the look and feel of the knives. My friend is a professional chef and she loved them too. Well balanced. Extremely happy. Now comes the challenge of time.
I guess my only criticism was that the picture on the box did not exactly match the content. I have a feeling that a knife was switched out for a larger knife. The one in picture has all three knives in middle row with same size handles and straight across. The set itself has the middle knife larger than other two and drops lower. I thought it was wrong until I figured out it was meant to sit that way. Small discrepancy but it made me wonder

Great product. Knives have a massive feel. Handles are comfortable even with long use. The sharpening block is fantastic as knives are kept sharp. Must towel dry after washing.
